Raashi Sikka

Raashi started her career in television in India, in news and documentaries. She was Uber’s first Marketing Manager in New Delhi and helped to launch and build the brand in the city. She recently launched her own company, the Inclusion company, a consulting practice that partners with companies to build high impact, innovative diversity, equity and inclusion solutions for long term business impact. Prior to this she led Diversity and Inclusion for Uber across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. She has been living the “digital nomad” life since her early childhood, when her parents decided to move across continents. Exposure to a variety of cultures, and the challenges of adapting to the cultures and environments of ten different schools, led to her passion for travelling and her attunement to diversity concerns. She is a D&I operating partner at CapitalT supporting our portfolio in building diverse and inclusive companies.
