Eva attended South Summit in Madrid where she was a judge for “the Next BigThing” award!. Eva spoke at the SouthSummit in Madrid about building stellar teams – her favorite topic! Thanks South Summit Madrid for paying attention to this important theme. Based on decades of scientific research we know that diverse teams perform better. It’s a no brainer. Yet we also know its not always easy to get there. Key insight of our talk was; be intentional about building a diverse and inclusive start up from day one.
